Ocean Beaches Glassblowing & Gallery, LLC ("we" and "us") is the operator of (https://www.oceanbeachesglass.com) ("Website"). By placing an order through this Website you will be agreeing to the terms below. These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our service.

General
Due to the nature of our business (making the items we sell), we include many items on our website for sale that we do not have in stock.  If we have items on hand, we generally get them sent out within 3-4 days.  If not, we will contact you with a time estimate on getting them made. 

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions and destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected at time of purchase along with the items in the order.  This price will be the final price for shipping cost to the customer.

Returns
Shipping for Returns of any kind will be paid at the customer’s expense, and customer will be required to arrange their own shipping.  Other details concerning Returns can be found in the Returns Policy.

Delivery Terms
In general, domestic shipments are in transit for 2 - 7 days, depending on type of shipping chosen.  We do not have any control or influence over this time period once the package leaves our business.

Dispatch Time
Orders are usually sent out within 3-4 days of receiving the order. 

Change Of Delivery Address
For change of delivery address requests, we are able to change the address at any time only until we have released the package to the shipper. 

Shipping to P.O. Box
Ocean Beaches Glassblowing & Gallery, LLC will ship to P.O. box addresses using USPS (US Postal Service) only.  We are unable to offer other shipping services to PO boxes.

Shipping to Military Address
We are able to ship to military addresses using USPS only. We are unable to offer other shipping services to military addresses.

Items Out Of Stock
If an item is out of stock (i.e., needs to be made), we will wait for the item to be available before sending out the rest of your order. The other items in the order will be held in reserve while we await this item.

Delivery Time Exceeded
If delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact us so that we can conduct an investigation.

Tracking Notifications
Upon shipment, customers will receive a receipt with tracking number by email. 

Parcels Damaged In Transit
If damage is noted immediately up receipt, please reject the package from the courier.  Otherwise, please inspect your order as soon as possible, and contact us promptly if there is any defect or damage.  It helps greatly if you can send us a photo or two of the broken piece.  PLEASE NOTE: couriers require that the packaging with broken items remain as intact as possible to they can inspect them if they want to - they will often deny paying claims if this has not been done.  We will contact the courier immediately, and let you know what they've decided to do (which can take some time).

 

Process for parcel damaged in-transit
We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has completed their investigation into the claim.

Process for parcel lost in-transit
We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has conducted an investigation and deemed the parcel lost.

Sales Tax
Any applicable sales tax has already been applied to the price of the goods as displayed on the website.

Import Duties & Taxes
Import duties and taxes for international shipments may be liable to be paid upon arrival in destination country. This varies by country, and Ocean Beaches Glassblowing & Gallery, LLC encourage you to be aware of these potential costs before placing an order with us.  If you refuse to to pay duties and taxes upon arrival at your destination country, the goods will be returned to Ocean Beaches Glassblowing & Gallery, LLC at the customers expense, and the customer will receive a refund for the value of goods paid, minus the cost of the return shipping. The cost of the initial shipping will not be refunded.
